Here is a page i made today with her  kit called Beach Party.

Heres the second page i made with the Keston Vol 2 kit.   I dont LOVE it.   I couldnt get it to gel well at all,  I hate when that happens!   I think its a cute picture of Keston though.

This my was instructions

1. Choose 4 pictures to scrap with!

2. Choose 2 frames (but only 1 frame can be duplicated)

3. Grab 3 papers. Choose one for your background and layer another 1 over the background in whichever way you want. Save the 3rd paper for later.

4. Place your photos into your frames and create your frame arrangement.

5.  Choose 5 elements and arrange them somewhere around your frame or in a cluster or something up to you. 1 of those 5 elements should be duplicated at least 3 times in your arrangement.

6. Add some journaling and a title. Journaling must be at least 3 lines long (lines can be as little as 3 words each). Title can be as long or as short as you want.

7. Grab the 3rd paper and cut it to any shape you want (other then square) and use it any which way you wish on your page!

The weather is so nice here right now that i am spending all my free time outside.    Keston loves his wagon rides and swinging on his swing.   He is very fond of sticks and puddles,  Such a boy!

This double page is made with Shabby Princesses Happy go lucky kit.   I saw a lay out similar to this on there gallery, so stole the idea of it from there as i loved the page so much!  The St Pat’s day stuff on the page is from the kit Shamrock dream by Wicked Scraps.

I am glad Keston is finally feeling better!   Its been an interesting 5 days or so.  About 3 weeks ago he got a sinus infection and was put on meds.   Keston on meds isnt very pretty, it messes up his stomach a lot.   He wasent able to go to the bathroom and his stomach blew up to about 5 times its normal size.  Roll forward to last Friday when he had his 15 month well baby visit a month late.   His MMR shots were once again delayed but we went ahead and gave him another shot on the day to try keep him up to date with everything else.  At his 12 month visit we gave him the chicken pox shot and having only one shot worked well and he had no reactions at all.   We think due to the fact that his stomach was already a huge mess from the meds for the sinus infection that the shot this time just screwed him up.   Friday night he started having nasty nasty diapers and vomitting on and off until yesterday.   On Saturday alone we went through a box of diapers!  The poor kids bottom was RAW for days and only made it worse to change often as he screamed bloody murder everytime!   Keston is STRONG, so it was very hard to help treat him.   I am going to delay any more of his shots until he is a little older and his stomach is able to handle it, and if not i certainly wont be giving him any shots within 2 weeks of having meds for illness!  He ate some today so we are back on the bland foods and taking it easy with him for a while until he is completely healed up.

I love this picture i took of him.   He is so funny sometimes.   He thought it was very funny to keep doing that and looking through his legs and laughing at me.   I used 2 kits from spinky Dink Scraps to make this page- Brighten My Day and Wild Kitty for one element.   I also used the word art from Bethany at elegant word art.

I havent really been spending a lot of time online lately.   I just needed to step back some.   I have a ton of things around the house that i want done and what need to be done.   Before my family comes i need to sort out the stamp room to make room for the single bed to go back in there for Sam.   Thats a task in itself and i really need to get that sorted out.   I feel like i am not keeping up with the house work right now and i want to be better about that.   My house isnt trashed, but i think it still needs a ton of work on it and the things i need to do can only be done (sorting, painting, the BIG stuff etc) when Keston is napping, or Nathan is home to watch him and help me.   Once mum comes it will be very nice, i will have an extra pair of hands to help me and someone to play with Keston.   I have already started a nice pile for donating or a garage sale sometime in the spring time.   Sometimes you just need to do a big spring clean!  Roll on warm weather!!!     What kind of stuff do you do for spring cleaning??

This page is 12×12 and on a white background so its hard to see that here.   I wanted to keep it very simple as his shirt has a ton of bright colours on it, as do the crayons in the pictures.

Keston is suddenly very interested in drawing.   Nathan decided he needed some posters for his new office wall so we got some white poster board and let Keston at it with Crayons.   2 hrs later (yep he sat and coloured for THAT long) he had some nice art he will put in a poster frame and put on his wall at work   This page doesnt show the pictures of him doing that, but it will be a page sometime soon i am sure.

Well i went to the sleep clinic last night.   After being attacked with 47 wires and hooked up i read for a while and then turned the lights off at about 1am.   I did not take any of my endep to help stop my mind from racing, so i got the pleasure of trying to shut my mind down for about 2 hrs.   I tossed and turned forever and i know i jumped awake everytime the heat kicked on.   At 5:15am the girl who was doing my sleep study came in and said it was time to get up.   She had seen that i just came out of a sleep and thought it was best to wake me now before i finally went down to deep for the night.  So in about 4 hours she said i never went down to rem, and i woke up about 100 times.   She said i dont have sleep apnea, i dont grind my teeth and i dont have restless legs so she had NO CLUE why i never went deep and no clue why i woke so often.    I know i was alot worse there last night then i would of been at home, but i also gathered i didnt go down deep enough, so therefore was not ever rested.   The sleep specialist doesnt come back for another month and wont see my study and get back to me for about a week.    I told the girl to call me anytime (she only works nights and doesnt start til 7pm so was worried about calling me late, i laughed at her and yeah like im SLEEPING, she laughed and said true!)   So either she will call me in about a week with some suggestions from the Dr, or he may call me himself.    I asked if she knew what he would do, she said in 90% of cases going to the sleep clinic try a cpap machine but she said i for sure dont need one and it wouldnt do anything for me, she also said meditation is something that people try often.   I laughed and said i cant meditate, never have been able to, never will be able to.   My mind doesnt shut down.    I am guessing drugs are my answer, oh Yay!   I will try anything that will work, not make me sick since i am a drug wussy and help me finally feel rested.   The Dr did say he was very excited to see my study,  since he feels its all from having Lymes Diease before.    I always knew i was a tad weird, guess this just proves it hey!     For all those going to have a sleep study done, be prepared for 3 things.   1) the 47 wires they attached to you are sooooooo uncomfortable.   I thought being hooked up to monitors while in labour were bad, man i dont think so now.  They hurt when you have to lie on them and they just hurt your head after a while.   Nathan calls this my princess and the pea syndrome.   2) the GLUE they attach the said monitors to your head.   I had to wash my hair 3 times and i think i used a whole bottle of conditioner as thats what they recommend to get the glue off with. Maybe this only a problem when you have long hair?  3) and this is a good one i guess?? the beds are sooooooooo nice and sooooooo comfortable and your body just wants to sleep soooooooo bad on the lovely nice comfortable bed and you cant cause your brain never shuts the hell up.  Goes to show we need a new bed BADLY!  So yeah i will update you all when i actually know something more then you dont sleep worth a darn!     I hope that made sense for you all, i am kinda tired and will be napping in a lil bit when the kiddo does.

I really wanted to use the My Hero Mini Kit for a lay out with Nathan and Keston.   I know Nathan has nothing to do with the forces, but i thought it was the cutest lil kit.   I tried to use almost everything in the kit and whipped this page up in a few mins last night.   I took this picture when i came home from a Mothers Club meeting a couple of week ago.   Nathan was in charge and the boys had pasta for tea,  looks like Keston really enjoyed it since most of it ended up on his pjs.    Let me tell ya, its been fun to get off his white pjs!   Keston was very happy to see Mummy home, but had a fun night playing with Daddy.

I go to the sleep clinic tonight.   I’m kinda freaked out about it all as its a small place and i think they only take one person a night, so it will be just me and the worker in there and that kinda just freaks me out as all eyes will be on me.   I am not sure HOW i am suppose to get any sleep for them to see anything.   I guess i will see how it goes.   Wish me luck!

I am sick right now, have a headcold it seems.   After everything i have done to keep Keston well this winter, i am the one that ends up getting sick now.   I am sure i got it when i went to the clinic the other day to see the sleep Dr.   I know sickness is normal but it really worries and gets to me since we have been so anal about keeping him healthy right now.   When Keston gets sick, it always ends up bad and its not a pretty thing.   Our Dr told us to shelter him some in hopes his stomach will heal and he doesnt need any more anticbotics this winter as he doesnt do well on them.   When his dr delayed all his 12 month shots so we were not giving him shots with egg in them, ya kinda have to listen to her and realize she is serious.   At the start of winter he was sick every week and continually on meds for some infection or another.  He had hand foot and mouth for a couple weeks before Christmas.   God only knows where he got that from, i am guessing off a shopping trolley since with this weather we just havent left the house and HFAM is EXTREMELY Contagious.    I have managed all winter to NOT get sick when Nathan and Keston did, so i am sure its my time and the lack of sleep for 2 years has finally gotten to me and i am so run down.   I go to the sleep clinic for the night in a week and a half in hopes i can finally get some sleep.   Keston is starting to sleep 3 or so hours at a time now, he is super healthy and we have gotten all his food allergies under control to a degree if we are strict with everything he eats and is around, which  ONLY took us 15 months so now its time i actually learnt to sleep again myself.    I have had sleeping issues for the past 10 years and it seems like it is left over from having Lymes diease in 98/99.    I guess it can affect the brain in some strange ways and the neurologist is excited to see just what my brain is doing at night time.   He feels like he can help me greatly and i might finally be “WELL” again.   For those who know me well or have lived with me know how badly it has affected me and it upsets me that my requests for help and appeals to go to a sleep clinic were just toss aside from my GP.   I dont like Drs, they just tell me i am fat, loss weight and everything will be fine and dandy.   When actually if you dont sleep, you dont repair, you gain weight, you cant loose weight no matter how hard you try and i have TRIED!  This COULD of been fixed years ago.   Sleeping 16-18 hours out of 24 once upon a time (before a baby) was very extreme and i would NEVER feel rested at all.   So throw up some love, thoughts, prays or whatever you believe in that Keston stays healthy and doesnt get sick from me and that i feel better tomorrow!   If you got through that big bitch session you deserve a medal! 

Since there is snow everywhere its really hard to find a place we can let Keston run around.   We drove around for quite a few hours, if nothing else an excuse to be outside.    We managed to get a ton of pics taken and some sun beams on our faces,  I cant believe how much my bad mood has lifted.    I am hoping the warmth continues for another few days, but being that it is only Feb 1st i don’t have much confidence in it actually staying warm for very long and we will again have more snow to replace the stuff that has melted over the weekend.    They “SAY” that February is going to be a bad month for weather, oh yippee!
